Intro to Yoga

Intro to Yoga starting Wednesday, July 21, from 7:30 - 8:45 p.m. It is a 5 week session for $50.

Now Offering Personal Training

Amy Smith, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, has more than 14 years of group exercise and fitness training experience. She has helped numerous people lose weight, feel great, and improve their health through a wide-range of teaching methods: from Aquacize to Seniorcize, Bootcamp to Circuit Training, from Yoga to Pilates, Weight Training (toning) to Core Training, from Plyometrics to Kickboxing. She also has a background in martial arts. A full-time wife and mother of three, Amy is known for her infectious and motivating energy, sound training knowledge, and challenging fitness regimens designed for all fitness levels. With a servant's heart and excitement for life, she has a true passion to bring change and make a difference tin the lives of women of all ages through fitness and to help them achieve goals they never believed possible. Amy maintains a nationally accredited certification through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Prenatal Classes Now Forming

Regular exercise is beneficial during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is a good choice for a low impact exercise that provides several benefits that are both physical and mental. Prenatal yoga improves flexibility, tones muscles and helps provide natural relief from some of the common pregnancy discomforts. Always remember to consult with your healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant.
