Be Well Now 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Cheri Bailey, RYT, Instructor
Yoga brings the body, mind and spirit into balance and harmony…creating union between you and the intelligent cosmic spirit of creation…the Oneness of all Things.
Yoga is art, science and a philosophy of life that nurtures your spirit and nourishes your body/mind.
All that you need is deep within you waiting to unfold and reveal itself. All you have to do is be still and take time to seek what is within, and you will surely find it.
Your life, like mine, is hectic and full of commitments and you may not find it easy to think about having to fit in something else…but it may help if you look on this as a commitment to yourself. This training is going to be filled with time to spend entirely on you, which is a very good reason for finding the time to do it. Yoga provides us with an important sanctuary for the soul. So make the commitment now to organize your life and prioritize your responsibities to make room for this new time for you. My yoga teacher training changed my life in unimagined, wondrous ways. I am honored to have the opportunity to do the same for yours. For every hour you are committing to your practice, I am committing two…the hour spent with you and an hour of preparation to give you the best training I can give. This yoga teacher training will challenge and inspire you to dig deep and discover new things about yourself. In addition to getting your physical body into the best shape it’s ever been, the heart of this training is to get you in touch with your own unique gifts by learning how to share your sense of adventure, confidence, and genuine compassion with all of your students. As you learn to let go of the things that weigh you down, you will discover the essence of life… that the joy of the game lays not somewhere outside of you but right in the very fiber of your innermost being. Our sacred self can be found in every breath, each whisper, thought, feeling and sensation. Suffice it to say, your daily practice of yoga and integrating yoga into your life will take on a whole new meaning. You will become a lighthouse for many….
