Most people come to yoga because they want to enhance their well-being and feel better.

In this course, Angie Becker, RYT, will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga, including yoga postures (asanas), breath work and meditation. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to be flexible to learn yoga – increased flexibility and mobility are products of the practice.

Other benefits include a greater sense of peace and calm, better sleep, help in managing stress and improving your circulatory and central nervous systems. This course is also appropriate for anyone who hasn’t practiced yoga for a while and needs a refresher.

A minimum of five students is needed in order to offer the class and pre-paid registration is required to hold your spot. Sign up with a friend and you both receive $5 off (must sign up at the same time and refer each other). Download a registration form and pay by check or through PayPal.
